Group Leader FAQ
As a group leader, you can enroll your staff, track their progress, and manage your group seats all from your account. This page covers common questions and tasks to help you get the most out of your group registration.
For a quick overview of how to purchase and set up a group for the first time, visit the Group Registration Help page.
To manage your group enrollments, please visit the “Group Registration” page under “My Account” in the menu above to get started, or Click Here.
You can track the progress of your employees by visiting My Account > Employee Tracking or by clicking here. View real time reports of your employees progress.
A user seat is valid for one successful course completion. If an existing user has completed the course in previous years, their access to the course will be locked. To grant them access to re-take the course, please remove them from the group and re-invite them. This will allow them access to renew their certificate and will consume one credit from your group seat count.
Course progress is tracked separately for each language, and learners must complete the entire course in a single language. Group membership and reporting are also separate per language.
To access a course in a specific language, users must be enrolled in the corresponding language group. Their progress and completion will be reported under whichever language group they are enrolled in.
Group management and reporting work the same way regardless of language, but some tasks require switching the site language to view groups or learner information for that language.
To manage users in a language group (via the Group Registration page, found in the dropdown under “My Account” in the navigation menu):
- On the Group Registration page, switch the site language using the selector in the top right of the navigation bar.
- If you have more than one group, select the group you want to manage from the list to open its detail view. If you only have one group, its detail view will display automatically.
- Manage users as you normally would. Most button and label text remains in English, with a few exceptions.
If you manage groups in more than one language, you will need to review each language group separately for a complete picture of learner progress.
The Employee Tracking page may display progress across all language courses, but filtering by group or course is limited to the language currently selected in the navigation bar.
