Michigan Course

The Michigan Liquor Control Commission requires each on-premises establishment to have at least one person on duty when the establishment is open for business that has been server trained and has a current certification in the responsible sales and service of alcohol. Our online certification is acceptable for Michigan Liquor Control Commission requirements.

By completing the Techniques of Alcohol Management (TAM) program, those in the beverage alcohol industry can make sure they understand the complex and sensitive situations that could develop and how to effectively carry out their duties.

The following lessons must be completed in order.  You will be unable to move to the next lesson, until you click “Next Lesson” after completing all previous lessons.

There are several quizzes throughout the course, however, only the final test will be scored.

You can access and print your TAM® Certificate from the My Courses page once you successfully complete this course. You will also be emailed a copy of your TAM® Certificate to the email address that we have on file.
