By completing the Techniques of Alcohol Management (TAM) program, those in the beverage alcohol industry can make sure they understand the complex and sensitive situations that could develop and how to effectively carry out their duties.

There are several quizzes throughout the course, however, only the final test will be scored.
You can access and print your TAM® Certificate from the My Courses page once you successfully complete this course. You will also be emailed a copy of your TAM® Certificate to the email address that we have on file.
